Fish Audio's Terms (effective August 18, 2024) say your content and usage data may be used to train its AI models, and its Privacy Policy lists advertising and analytics partners among those who receive user content. Zero Data Retention is an Enterprise feature. Keep client scripts, unreleased launches and customer recordings out, and keep the voices you make private: public uploads carry a perpetual license and may stay up after you delete your account.

Fish says Drama 3 read 93.2% of hard words correctly on Artificial Analysis' pronunciation test, so listen for brand names, prices, dates and web addresses before you publish. Its Terms bar passing AI audio off as entirely human-made, so label it. An instant clone needs only 10 seconds of audio and no ownership check: clone only your own voice, or a voice actor's with written permission, and remember a finished Professional Voice Clone can't be deleted yet.
